This neighbourhood is a fairly pleasant part of Brossard for pedestrians; running common errands is easy on foot. Driving is very often the best method of transportation in sector B. Parking is quite easy, and most houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. On the other hand, this part of the city is not particularly transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are approximately 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and most residences are very close to a bus stop.

It is a reasonably short walk to reach primary schools and daycares from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood. In contrast, sector B does not have any high schools. The character of sector B is exemplified by its relaxed environment. Greenery is reasonably present in this part of the city as there are numerous tree-lined streets. Getting to parks is easy in the neighbourhood since there are about 10 of them nearby for residents to explore. This part of the city is also reasonably quiet, as the streets are generally tranquil - however noise can be bothersome close to Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or the railway line.
