Nearby highways, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, are very easy to access from anywhere in this area, and it is straightforward to find a place to park. In contrast, this neighbourhood is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Walking is not very practical for house buyers in this part of Brossard as few daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

Parents and their kids will welcome that wherever their house is located in sector R, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. In contrast, there are only a few daycares and accordingly they can be a rather long walk away. In terms of food, accessing the nearest grocery store on foot is feasible for some, but not all, property owners in sector R. A limited selection of restaurants can be found in this part of Brossard as well.

The character of sector R is exemplified by its relaxed ambience.
